I threw a lot of shade towards the ASAP Mob, but I always mentioned that the rappers are in the position they're in only because of Yams. He took Rocky from 'Get High' to 'Purple Swag,' and every one of his ideas had been rolling out ever since.
It's a damn shame the most creative and brilliant guy in the crew had to be the one to go. If you followed Yams from the realnikkatumblr days, you'd know he's always been around the music and culture... It's sad to see Yams finally be in what I would imagine is his dream role in the industry, and then pass away before too long.
