June will be 2 years alcohol free and I’m just about 6 weeks cigarette free. I always thought it would be easier for me to stop smoking than drinking but I was wrong as hell.

I don’t know how some people do it. There’s this dude at my gym that can run like 30 minutes straight on the treadmill, go outside to bust a couple of stogs, hop back in and hit the stair master for an hour straight.

I thought I've seen some heavy smokers but you haven't seen a heavy smoker like this dude that work next door to me lol I don't think I see this dude breath regular air the whole day. One finishes, another one is lit in a 9-10 hour span
