I swear I never cook this shyt right in the rice cooker, it’s never as fluffy as it should be, I coat the bottom of the rice cooker with avocado oil, and do the 1:2 quinoa to water ratio and let the cooker do its thing, wats y’all secret?

I actually don't use a rice cooker. Just a regular pot - requires being more active of course. I use little less water, like 1:1.75 (I actually use Chicken stock and a bay leaf). A teaspoon of oil and go from there.

EDIT: Once the mixture hits a rolling boil switch it to low heat and cook till tender.

Takes a couple tries before you get it right though.
