My longest workouts are leg days and they are 90 minutes max. Just 3-5 sets of squats and deads. If I don't have time I do squats in the morning and deads before bed. Upper body workouts are like 35-60 minutes so I rarely run out of time for those.

You nikkas need to superset though :sitdown:
