Chest and cardio is my shortest, about 75 mins.

A good workout is 120 min

I'm in and out of the gym within an hour. Anything too much more than that will be overkill for me.

Oh, and I don't have workout partners on none of that. I workout dolo. Whenever I workout with someone it ends up being longer (1.5-2 hour range) because we're talking and have to wait on the next set and shyt. If you workout dolo, I really see no reason to be there that long.

Yah everyone goes at their own pace. I like taking decent breaks in between sets. 1.5 for weights then 30 of cardio feels right to me. I tried the faster ones but didn't feel like I pushed myself enough. When I go with powerlifting friends they'll go for 2-3 a night

Yeah there's just no way I have enough time to do that 4-5 days a week. If I were to go to the gym after work and go for 3 hours, my ass wouldn't be home until 9-10 pm every night. The fukk?

Yeah I like to go from 9-11, gives me enough of a break after work for dinner and chillin

I use kettle bells at home. Swings, cleans, squats, figure 8s and some around the worlds. I may use them multiple times a day or just once. They are super convenient and work well in small or large spaces.
