LOL dog what did you do 3-4 inches in 10 days if you're not just losing retained water nikka you going to kill yourself. You could have just did a cleanse and wore one of those little waist wrap things all these fat nikkas in the military use before they get measured before PT tests.

Go on a liquid diet breh. No solid food for a few days cardio like crazy. Afterwards switch the diet up and start lifting and building muscle. the diet is the most important part...

I've said this in another thread but the main thing with nutrition is you have to find out what your BMR is (amount of calories you burn a day). Everyone's BMR is different. Once you get that you just make sure you eat less than that to lose fat.

Nutrition is very simple if you break it down to the foundation. Eat more calories than you burn and you gain weight. Eat less calories and you lose weight. It's not rocket science but also go down the right direction and don't make sure you're getting solid advice and not all this retarded diets everyone is bringing up.
