Real talk brehs I know this isn't healthy but I need to lose 3-4 inches from my abdomen in 10 days. How can i do this fukk my health to an extent. I can get back right afterwards.

Maaad cardio and Lower body workouts (squats etc). Dodge carbs....smaller meals ( chicken , beans, steamed veggies in a bowl) for breakfast , lunch dinner. Drink water.

Sprints
Sand Sprints
Uphill Sprints
Tabata Protocols
High Density Workouts

Basically it involves alot of work in a short amount of time with little to no rest.

i use to cut weight years back in wrestling and heres what i recommend. run alot with a hoody on, sweat out alot of water weight, drink minimal water. dont want what sweat out back in. eat light, no carbs or bread. try chicken and drink some juice like grape juice or apple. but run run run run. u can even get a sweat suit and put ur gear over that. always worked for me

Meant to add that much weight loss in 10 days is damn near impossible. Maybe 30 days but def not 10.

A protein sparring modified fast type diet.

I'll go with the most comprehensive plan and suggest Lyle's Rapid Fatloss Handbook.

Cliffs:

- 1g of protein per lb of LBM, coming from very low-fat sources (tuna, chicken breast, etc)
- Non-starchy vegetables (just about all of them except carrots, peas, and the obvious ones like potatoes) on a limited basis
- Potassium supplement, fish oil, multi
- Workout 2x a week at the same weights and intensity you were using before, but lower the volume (sets)
- If you're below 15% BF, do this for 10 days straight, then refeed with carbs for a day
- If you're between 15-25%, do this for a couple of weeks with one cheat meal a week allowed, then refeed
- If you're above 25%, continue for 8-12 weeks, with 2 cheat meals a week and no refeeds, then take a break and start over (unless you fall below 25%)

Anyone who knows about this, let me know if I missed any major points.

I wouldn't skimp on the details on a diet so aggressive, so I'll suggest reading the book. How you get the book is up to you. :scheme:

it aint happening without hard drugs

you can either cut naturally or do meth, ive posted a guide already for cutting that works 100% guaranteed but the most youll lose is 4lbs a week(most)

Liposuction.
Losing 3-4 inches in the abdomen is equal to like 30 lbs because your body distributes fat throughout the body. You can't lose 30 lbs in 10 days.
