Chick at work on my team. Had a BF since she started working with me back in Feb. They were living together.
Recently I noticed her and a senior programmer here were leaving together after we would do OT. Thought nothing of it as they both live in the same area.
Find out yesterday that she gave her BF the boot two weeks ago and is secretly dating the programmer now. Told me she sat her BF down and told him it was over and he needs to move out of her place.
She said he told her he loved her but she declined to say the word back to him.
I see the play she wants to advance at work. If she fukks with the programmer guy she probably thinks she'll get the inside track on how to get fully hired and not just a contractor.
One massive issue she's not very technical. Maybe she thinks her p*ssy makes up for that.

It's a very very big company. And any decision would be far from his hands.
We'll see though I hope if things go sideways she's adult enough to keep it professional with him. His an important part of the team so if push came to shove someone would be getting quietly moved to another team and it wouldn't be him.
