Acceptance and move on with what you want. To use your "redpill" analogy you essentially become the "merovingian" of your own world, you know what it is, you can essentially "see the code" in dating dynamics and you use that to your advantage to get what you want out of it all.. Most women think a lot of men are ugly or are average in looks. Average & ugly dudes are still getting women. Dress nice, get a haircut & facial hair that suits you, hit the gym. Be confident & good conversation.
