Some game for the brehs. Every woman you come across doesn’t have the worst intentions. Some women legitimately have mental health issues. This is something that’s rarely discussed when it comes to women and relationships. That’ doesn’t mean you should sacrifice your mental health or resources trying to fix them or love them into being whole.
the issue is society masks these mental illnesses under a multitude of movements, brands, taglines.. so when you try to curate dialogue you are berated with lines such as:
sexual abuse = “you just want to control a woman’s sexual freedom”
Drug Abuse = “You Only Live Once”
Deadbeat father = “nikkas ain’t shyt”
Commitment Issues = “I’m here for a good time, not a long one”
obesity = “I should be accepted for who I am”
Insecurities = “he dates white women” “he had everything I wanted but I hated how he sneezed”
Women are also enablers, so when another woman brings up these issues to the sisterhood.. what are they called? Pick me’s.
I do feel bad, but I got nieces and sisters to worry about so:
