ALLOW them to do it. If a woman is constantly engaging with men who tolerate or ENCOURAGE outlandish and silly behavior, why would she change? When she does find a stand-up cat who isn’t with the games, she either is intimidated due to her insecurities (finds a minuscule flaw in dude, thus allowing her to dip without guilt) or falls in line.
