What protein shake or whatever to take before and/or after workouts?
I use Syntha 6 or Optimum Nutrition. Generally though, if I can hit protein macros for the day from food alone, I don't bother with a protein shake. At the end of the day, it's just milk (or rather a milk byproduct).
Creatine is helpful to have.
For pre workout, all you need is a cup of coffee.
