That's her prerogative if she doesn't want to be called love, but it's not even that deep any more than an old woman calling someone "dear". However I can tell just from her text what she's all about - one of those combative types who thinks the whole world owes her something for simply existing. Plus it's clear she doesn't know how to talk to people.

When they act like that from the jump then obviously they're not feeling you in the first place, so in a way it's good she did that so he knows what type of chick that is and doesn't ignore the red flags.
