Is this a diss? I don't know, QM said no but he also said he only did a "Few" songs of ghostwriting when there were obviously more, lol. Some of lines in this can be looked at as sublminals. I had to listen to it a few times but yeah I feel like some lines are going at Drake. Even the title "Cease and Desist" feels like a sublimnal cause that deals with paperwork and legal ish. But it could very well just be rhyming but the bars are matching the situation.
