I'm going to remove the names and just deal with the facts.
A drug dealer was the victim of a home invasion robbery that was set up by a family friend that worked for him (selling drugs). The drug dealer was shot during the course of the robbery and subsequently identified the man who shot and robbed him to the police.
Eventually, the police come to the drug dealer that was shot and tell him that they are building a criminal case on him. They are willing to grant him immunity for any crimes that he many have committed prior to being shot, if he agrees to testify against the family friend who robbed and shot him. He then testifies in court and the men involved are sent to prison for life.
In sum, a drug dealer is robbed and shot by an employee. Instead of responding with violence or taking the L and letting it go, in retaliation he goes to the police to have the man who shot him arrested.
Wouldn't the drug dealer be considered a snitch?
