I think this episode was just to set up the next couple of episodes, from this episode it sets up:
*Theresa taking steps to not having anyone being used against her on some liability plot
*Dumbass Tony's slow decline to becoming a sad goon
*Pote's plight of probably killing Tony on some "Like Father Like Son" ironic steez
*Javier's disrespectful woman will probably cause Boaz to unleash full hell on everyone and Javier's downfall
*Judge coming after Tony for the death of his nephew aka "an eye for an eye"
*More random nighttime shoot-outs (the opposite of the constant daytime shootouts on Sons of Anarchy)

i was watchin this ep like...WTF this dude had 3 opportunities to take Theresa out and he kept bullshyttin.....so the excuse was whoever sent him wanted it to be a slow death...

so Pote never really sleeps...he just snores to fool his enemies?....
