I'm reminded of what John Oliver said about Trump. Because he never got love from his father his whole life has been a quest for popularity and positive feedback, and anybody who doesn't give him that love an acceptance is a deadly enemy. For people like that, he said, human relationships are like a boat or a yacht in the ocean. The first negative comment or setback you get is like a tiny little leak in the boat.
