The problem with pan-Africanism is that elite Africans and Caribbean immigrants benefited from programs and remedies meant for generationally poor ADOS/ FBA. We squandered the affirmative action/DEI era on people that aren't really us. Instead of healing deep social and economic wounds we allowed Black immigrants without those wounds to come in and represent themselves as us. That got them remittances back to their homeland and got us nothing but wasted political capital.

mass immigration hurts undereducated Black men so her being against immigration is fine with me. We see all of these hispanics with these home repair businesses and that should be ADOS/FBA men. Yvette talks about Black economic mobility, wealth creation, mass incarceration, etc so from a political protective she is okay with me.
