Either you’re being obtuse or the point completely went over your head. You think migos aspiring to be group home cause some random coli poster said this? Be realistic
No standouts.
Wild analogy but Group Home showed with Livin Proof, that even if the rapping is basic, as long as the beats are FIRE you good.
They need a really good executive producer to mold a vision for them.
Exactly! Not asking for some masterpiece shyt just curate something that sounds like you actually put effort into it.I feel thats whats missing, and this is what someone like Travis Scott does well even though he has a fraction of the talent
Album is super mid.
Production felt very safe, lyrics were iite, it’s cool I guess.
shyt sounded like leftovers from Takeoff’s & Quavo’s solo albums
Nothing outstanding but nothing flat out bad either. They need to go another route with the production, but after while all the beats start to run together no matter if it’s DJ Durrell, Murda Beatz, Budda Bless, etc. The first two tracks off of Culture III and that Cardi single were better than every other song on this album. It’s a handful I’ll still keep in rotation though. Zero complaints about the rapping. Dudes can really go, even if they’re just rapping about basic stuff.
Idk man. Was highly anticipating this and gave it a spin on road and surprisingly to me only 1 track stood out. I'ma run it again in a lil bit tho
True. I was hoping it would be on the level of culture 3. Gave it another spin and i have a better opinion on it but that's mainly Kuz of the drops before they released the albumto all of you...
It's good. This isn't a "great" tape or anything close to classic. It's listenable and has a few strong tracks, maybe spin it a few more times but the cats in here talking as if this is a masterpiece are tripped out...
I like it. It's not a masterpiece, though the cover is fire...
I'm listening right now and you ain't lyinThese boys bout to rap about absolutely nothing over generic beats![]()
