:dead: that's all you can say? hahahhaha :umad:

And I wanted to like Apple, I really did. I didn't get my first Droid until last year, and that was after heavily comparing & contrasting the specs and pros/cons of both Apple and Android products...So it's no unfounded hate for y'all nikkas...the facts just show you ain't fukkin wit Google, which is only natural.

I mean how many people come into contact with a Google-owned product or service EVERY DAY, compared to an Apple owned one? Gmail, Google Search, YouTube, etc.........it's bound to eat Apple whole at some point. I guess that's what happens when your corporation is named after a FOOD. :deadrose:

@AVthaPHARAOH is an idiot or just trolling.
The death of apple? They sold 47 million smartphones...more than any other company
iMac sales are down because of supply constraints, they sold all they had
Dudes got 140+ billion in the bank..and just added 13.4 billion this quarter...that's more than any other publicly traded company in the world. Way more than google..I have no idea where google has more money than apple. There an ad company..

We encounter google products every day because that's how they make there money. That ain't how apple roll. They just sell premium products..

Unlike you clown ass crackers on this board, I don't troll. The integration and implementation of Google owned products and service being damn near a necessity at this point was the groundwork that the company laid. Once they got their hand in the smartphone game, it was only a matter of time before they became a contender.

The death of Jobs didn't help, but the universal consensus already states that Apple isn't innovative enough, the OS is dated, behind, and less integrative with major apps than Google is. The only thing it has going for itself is simplicity and ease of use, a monkey could learn that shyt in a day. Wether that's a pro or a con, I don't know.

I'm not trolling at all. nikkas is just mad because something they once put so much faith in starts to show signs of decreased interest in profits, Of COURSE Google gonna eventually put Apple out of business. Apple has ONE base model phone. The iPhone.

For variety, price, customization, and choices, that type of shyt would kill the average company. Imagine if Chevy only made SUVs, and Ford continued to pump out economy cars, SUVs, pickups, sedans and muscle cars. They might not ALL be of the same quality as Chevy but the higher priced & more premium products Ford pushes, plus the sheer availability of options alone would put Chevy's sales way behind.

Apple had the "it" factor as it was the "cool" or "hip" phone to go to. A clean, simplistic advertising scheme, product placement in movies & television shows, plus a few celebrity co-signs had every 6th grader and out-of-touch 35+ year old thinking it was the hottest shyt since sliced bread. Everyone else just fell in place. Google was just smarter and more patient in their execution of marketing, branding, and integration. It won't be long now.

So we're comparing the profit of products that have been out for years longer than S3's and Note 2's now? That's an accurate barometer of success now? :umad:

And you keep bringing up sales as if you don't understand that the sales DROP is more significant than the actual sales made. IT DIDN'T MAKE PROJECTIONS --- BY MILLIONS OF PHONES NOT SOLD. SOMEONE IN THE BOARDROOM IS :umad:

:mindblown:

The barometer of success is that Apple is selling more smartphones than any other company, while they have only one phone, by the way.

They also have twice the money than Google, which, by the way, don't produce any hardware. They only make sub par, lagging, not thought through, Android which drops frames.

Now get your trolling ass into nearest Apple store and join the elite so you don't have to write walls of text. :ahh:

Apple's weak results spark fresh round of price target cuts

(Reuters) - Weaker-than-expected holiday sales of Apple Inc's iPhone reinforced fears that it is losing its dominance in smartphones, driving down its shares and drawing another round of stock price target cuts early on Thursday.

Shares of the company, which reported lower-than-expected revenue for the third straight quarter on Wednesday, were set to open 8 percent lower on the Nasdaq. Apple's Frankfurt-listed shares were down more than 7 percent.

Seven brokerages including Barclays Capital, Mizuho Securities USA, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Raymond James, Robert W. Baird & Co and Canaccord Genuity cut their price target on the stock by $142 on average to $617.80.

Apple's shares closed at $514 Wednesday on the Nasdaq.

Apple said it shipped a record 47.8 million iPhones in the December quarter, but this trailed the average analyst forecast of 50 million units.

Deutsche Bank, which made the deepest cut in its target price by trimming it to $575 from $800, said Apple should start making a lower-priced iPhone to arrest the market share loss.

Credit Suisse analysts said a new product cycle and wider telecom carrier selection could be possible catalysts for the company, but added that these were not immediately imminent.

"We believe a lower ability to beat earnings per share expectations, and some concerns on demand, may weigh on the stock near-term," said Credit Suisse, which cut its target price by $150 to $600.

Up to Wednesday, 24 analysts had lowered their price targets since October when Apple reported its fourth-quarter results, according to Thomson Reuters data.
