I responded accordingly with disputing what you said. Matt loves sports. He may transition into mainstream but I doubt he wants to. I just watched the Jim Gray ATS and you could tell he was in awe picking Jim’s sports brain.

Glad he brought up the Rayful Edmomds story. I figured that's what he was sliding to when he said he got involved with the wrong crowd. Then he really got into the legend of Big John's impact even on street nikkas. Don't know if we'll ever see a coach like John Thompson again, that accomplished so much on a national level, but still had that kind of presence and respect to reach back to the streets to make sure certified killers acted accordingly as well.
