They have the advantage over All the Smoke, in that they're from an era where players showed their personality. So their guests are always engaging and full of stories. The only episodes that suck are when they interview these bland ass current players.
Hate to sound like an old head but i be skipping right over the current player episodes, the stories from the players who came of age or played without social media just way more interesting.

I'm a little younger than them ('86 baby) but am old enough to remember their era since it pretty much covered late middle school/high school/college for me.
Players today have to be so much more cognizant of every little thing they do and say. The cats from Q-Rich and D-Miles era...and older....they shoot from the hip and give you more insight into how players think about other stars, who is cool to hang with etc.
Q-Rich will talk about himself a bit much though. Let the guests answer and elaborate.

I fukk with both All The Smoke & Knuckleheads but early in the quarantine I was worried that Knuckleheads was slipping because All The Smoke came out guns blazing but these past few weeks Knuckleheads been dropping some heat
It cracks me up how D Miles eyes light up during the amateur/high school discussions. I think breh wouldn't mind discussing nike/aau camps for the entire hour. 
Well, a lot of that is just because they're older and their careers are over and therefore by nature they'll have more stories. Plus with being out of the league they have nothing to protect.

The A'ja Wilson one is pretty good. Actually, a lot of their WNBA interviews are good. You can tell that Miles and Q watch basketball period. College, high school, wnba. it doesn't matter.
This show has becoming such a guilty pleasure for me. I've listened to most episodes at least twice. When I'm working/coding, I most likely got them playing in my earphones. I can't get jiggy with the wnba episodes yet, but I'll probably start checking them out soon too. Some players I hope they interview soon...

The Women episodes have actually been very good. Even if you dont care for the game, theyve all been great guest.
Really liked A'ja Wilson Girl, her episode is really good. Great personality, same with Tina Thompson
