Look Vince is a billionaire and there is literally no way to become a billionaire without being cutthroat and doing some shady shyt but look at how long Vince has prospered. Look at how many different business ventures he's created and succeeded in. As big as WWE tries to push a focus on catering to families something would have def came out and stuck by now. Say what you want about them but he's done a great job raising his kids and I've generally only heard positive things about him from current and former WWE wrestlers and employees

only thing that could fukk him is a labor dispute because those contracts do not hold up under scrutiny.

true independent contractors are not stopped from doing outside deals that don't conflict with their contract the way WWE stars are.

i don't see that coming to the forefront under vince though, i could very well see it being an issue for his successor(s)

Let me find out that The Greatest Royal Rumble was some sort of money laundering mission :ohhh:

With the characters swept up in Trump's madness - porn stars, cuckolds, fascists, bikers, traitors, dictators and pedophiles - Vince's carny ass would be right at home. They've damn near had all of the above in the locker room at one point or another already :wow:

:patrice:I thought about this too, but Vince is too smart to the point that he disassociate himself from anything related to politics since 2016. Think about it:

  • Rusev no longer fighting for his country
  • Progressive themes to hide away their inner gloating over Trump winning
  • Trump barely mentioned when it comes down to the HOF
  • Magically they accumulating money from the WWE Network (even though the stocks were low and they have wild low ratings back to back)
The only way the WWE will go down is if there is a financial catastrophe, such as Fox giving them the boot with their new found deal, Trump's money laundering come back and bite them in the ass, or a scandal that spreads like wildfire where there's no other choice but Vince to croak to avoid dealing with such mess. Either way, people who are putting money into the stocks and actually think WWE is "winning", I would cash out if I were you because it's not going to look pretty in the long run:jbhmm:

Thanks for the responses.

I definitely see how it can just be nothing, coincidence and shameful (but legal) stuff.

Still, my gut tells me there's more to this.

It definitely deserves more scrutiny, at the very least.

And in terms of current events, we're seeing stuff now that Mueller passed off months ago.

While uncovering Russia's influence, other journalists have caught on to similar Trump Tower meetings with Saudi and UAE emissaries.

Considering that Mohammad Bin Salman has the subtlety of Vladmir Putin, and the shamelessness on display that was The Greatest Royal Rumble, the even bigger craziness is how WWE pulled off a morally questionable half a billion long term deal without any discussions or complications.

There's too much unrequired intersection here...hell, just look at this FACT about the Trump Foundation and how much it actually relied on WWE:

It's all one big pot of money, so you can't draw a clear line from one incoming contribution to one going back out, but without that McMahon check, the Trump Foundation would not have been able to make the contributions it made from 2007 through the end of 2012.

Nobody is immune from the summer jam screen. I just wonder would he be able to bounce back. I feel like this would end him literally at this point.

The irony of Vince personal greed became his tomb. The pieces are slowly coming together, it's just a matter of the puzzle being shown to the masses. I swear I cringed like a madman when I see indie wrestlers quick to sign the contract because they don't realize that they are pretty much going to suffer in the long run. We talking extinction level event type of shyt with the WWE because of it's big bubble complex. I'm telling you brehs that there's going to be a shift in the atmosphere wrestling wise. Don't be weird'ed out when Monday night threads are for a company like NJPW or MLW.
