In spite of rescinding the QO, we still have Early Bird rights to Galloway. Which means we could pay him up to the league average salary (idk what that is tbh) to bring him back. I'm not sure they'd spend much to bring back a swing guard that'd be third string regardless. Begley said this should let us sign Willy for a 3 yr or more contract (the room exception would only let us lock him in for two which means another Galloway situation could happen).
