Wade brought everything to Miami and to Pat. They act like they did HIM a favor. He's done more for the Heat than anyone, won the chip in 2006, was solely responsible for bring Bosh and Bron to win 2 more. Pat should be ashamed of himself, with his overrated ass. Bean told these dudes to get that money because these owners and front offices aren't loyal, just users.I don't know why Pat is always dangling him like that though. You ain't gone find a more loyal player than Wade . And I'm sure he recruited Bron in 2010. Yet they refuse to take care of him

That's a war you don't want brotha
If y'all get Wade I'm negging everybody in this bytch!
It's insane to me. He gave up his heart for that first ring, and a piece of his legs I'm sure. HE is the sole reason that Bosh and James came to Miami. They didn't go for Pat. They came for Wade. I'm just not sure why Everytime he's a free agent they pretend that the face of the franchise is dispensable. Literally every free agent season. Even if he doesn't come here, I hope he leaves. Dude has done so much for that franchise. And just a couple of months ago was a game away from the ECF. Dude doesn't deserve that. Or let's measure those probabilities vs. signing players that are actually healthy. They NEED to make the most of what little life Melo has left (that much is a given), except there needs to some sort of balance, stability and suitability around him. Bringing in THREE* players who all have long, checkered injury pasts to fight in a war of attrition isn't exactly putting yourself in the best position to succeed - especially in a place where stars come to rest. But lets put this probability scale in its proper frame and context.
Measure these probabilities versus entering the season with a backcourt of grant, calderon, and lopez as your starting center. Whats the probability that a 24 year old mediocre talent in grant, who shot 22% from 3 and below 40% overall, wakes up and becomes an All-star? Whats the probability that Calderon reverses the clock and becomes a great player again? Whats the probability that lopez plays like anything more than the average journeyman center he's been his whole career?.
They're bold moves, but they're most certainly not calculated.Im not a cat that considers inactivity to be a better than failure. I'd rather the knicks make calculated bold moves like this, versus resign ourselves to playing loser ball with the hope that ping pong balls will bounce our way in April.
