My favorite player on 2k since '08 teaming up with the heart of the city & GM'ed by the man who brought 6 rings under the Goat? :blessed:

Feels good... I wanted Rose & Melo to play together since the last big free agency & I guess I got my wish...:mjcry:

Parsons would be another high paid player with recent injury woes on a roster starting two high paid players with injury woes already.
Crawford might make some sense as a sixth man (barely at this point) but we have two starting roles to fill before we even think of sending money his way imo. I'd much rather hear names like Bazemore and Crabbe if that's the slot we're filling.

We aren't getting Crabbe he's restricted... :francis:

Courtney Lee (3&D, speed), Gerald Henderson (athleticism, slashing), Joe Johnson (shooting, shot creating, post, clutch), Kevin Martin (threes, foul drawing), OJ Mayo (shooting, ball handler), Evan Turner (slashing, playmaking), Leandro Barbosa (speed, microwave scoring), Wayne Ellington (shooting), Garrett Temple (defense), Gerald Green (athleticism, microwave scoring), Alonzo Gee (defense), Wesley Johnson (athleticism, corner 3, wing defense) are more realistic targets at that SG spot...

Mayo and Green were awful last year so they may be able to be had for the cheap with potential big pay-off. Another thing we can do is sign a guy like Temple who is an elite defender for the low and give Jamal the money to produce scoring punch. Temple can defend both guard spots and spell Rose if needed defensively.

Crabbe is locked behind McCollum and Aminu on that roster, I'm hoping they don't match.

He's a 24 year old 3&D player they are matching you see how valuable these guys are and what the DeMarre Carroll's are getting now...

Between McCollum and Aminu is exactly where he belongs. I think he's getting a bit overrated you can get his production from a veteran at a much lower price. We've got a roster to fill out and the Knicks should be thinking Durant or Horford right now. Bazemore and Crabbe will get paid.

I'd like to get him but :francis:

Joe can still ball though. Gave Miami a lot of positional versatility after being traded there, hit big shots as always. I like Joe he can create his shot, catch and shoot, play in the mid post, handle the ball, make plays for others, willing physical defender, playoff tested, elevates in 4Q.

I added some more guys to that list.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
He's not done for what he can offfer. Still a productive player.

Nah, he's completely done, he gave up 54% at the rim, for comparisons sake Robin Lopez was at 46%.

He's a step slower defensively and doesn't offer nearly the defensive presence that he used to, the Knicks would be taking a step back at center with him and he's locked up for 3 more years.

I'm surprised you feel this way about Chandler. He was terrible on his way out of here, and hasn't recovered since.

Question for all - Have Phil or Hornacek even spoken out at all since the Rose trade? If not, might that mean that the Rose trade was even a Phil move...or a Mills/Dolan move?
