Whiteside would turn the Knicks frontcourt into something incredible, he's my #2 free agent after Durant, he'd be an amazing fit here. Horford is 3rd on my list despite his age, and I think his game will age gracefully anyway.

Gotta make a run at KD first, but since that's unlikely I'm still thinking one of the young SG's would be a better target than an expensive big. With the Plumlee addition and Hernangomez coming over; we've got too many damned Centers without a sure starter. Gotta try to turn KOQ into something and hopefully add a bit of cap space to make a run at starter. If the Wizards rumor is true (I find it hard to believe any team is gonna max out Noah though), he ain't an option. But if Noah is going at 20+ million, we may be better off trying to use our cap space in a trade for a salary dump than trying to overpay somebody. Phoenix and Sacramento need to make minutes for their drafted players...maybe they'll gift us a Len or a Koufos without demanding huge returns.

I'd still love him but the price is going to be staggering. I kind of want Horford but I'm concerned about spacing...but if they could make it work... that offense would be crazy, able to attack from anywhere.
