Lance is a much smarter player
Who can play d, drive, pass, and hit the three
He's a glue guy and knows his role. He was a big part of our decent start
D will is not a consistent player and if he's not scoring, he's not effective

He has flopped on every team he's been on so far. Not a long term solution
