Actually, it does make sense. It is not surprising that the Knicks are 0-6 without him. The fact that they are only 3 games OVER .500 with him is showing that this team isn't good enough currently constructed to help him win a championship. By the time Porzingis is ready, Melo will be close to 35 years old already and 15+ years in the NBA. If we can get Blake Griffin and we decline...it will be a HUGE mistake.
How do people not see this is beyond me
