I’m with the group opinion here and willing to slow play it while Wemby acclimates himself to the next level, mins increase steadily and whatnot. Don’t gotta compete for a chip right away.

I AM seein a few of the SA beat writers talking about tryna group some picks and assets to grab a second lottery pick.

Thoughts? A little too greedy or nah? Would that speed things up too early?

I wouldn't be mad at it because I trust the front office that if they gambled some future picks to move into this years lottery, they have their eyes on SOMEBODY that they REALLY like.

Hell I wouldn't be mad if they went with another big and go for the twin towers 2.0

Depends on who the player is. Wemby won't start at center but that is where he will eventually play. Sochan is going to play some point guard this year but he will eventually be the 4. Devin and Keldon are entrenched at the 2 and 3. That doesn't even count Branhim and Wesley. Tre would be a great backup point guard. So...what position is even left...other than maybe point guard...for us to be packaging picks back up for? I'd only be willing to do it for Scoot, cause that pretty mush sets your starting 5 for years to come, or Miller, because i prefer my small forwards to have his body type and skill set. Even then I'd only be willing to give up Keldon and a few picks for either one. Sochan and Devin are just as untouchable for me on this team as Wemby is.
