JULY: INFINITY FUKKERY WARS
"IT WAS WRITTEN LIKE NaS...........BUT IT CAME FROM QUENTIN"
Push.....My N!gga. Stand up VA, ya'll did the damn thing. My messages last night was something crazy as this post was poppin off. Look, everything happening now I predicted during Meek. I told ya'll he would get exposed if he kept up this "Tough Guy" act.. Flex was hilarious yesterday, but he still getting the Exclusives, don't hate. Meek's original Tweet has taken us on a long July Journey. All I could think of is Pusha's "Ugggh" Adlib, lol. I knew it was going to take a Vet, a child that grew up on Hip Hop in the 80's to properly air out his Non-Rappin A$$. Let's put the diss to the side for a 2nd. That photo was Etherous by itself. I honestly couldn't believe it was real but then it was, I was like WTF. What exactly is the spin gonna be for doing a Blackface Photo shoot with a Jim-Crow style t-shirt? Art? I didn't see anybody else in Blackface but him. 2008, Drake was over 21 years old so again what's the excuse?. White Photographer too supposedly? SMH it just isn't a good look. There isn't a "Meme" in the world that over come that Shuckin and Jivin Photo. He looks like a damn Mistrial show, it's a disturbing photo. Ain't enough pop hits in the world can erase that photo. I honestly didn't entertain this beef. Pusha already got him on "Exodus" years ago (Which Drake did not respond to in years, lol). I'm glad Pusha didn't fall for that artificial diss timetable (You gotta diss in 24 hours), LOL. Since when? Because of this fast food microwave internet era? Stop. When your a lyricist, you respond when your ready. But this was a fast response. His album just dropped, it's a Holiday weekend. He didn't need to drop a diss all fast. I'm sure he was enjoying his promo run. I also have to give "Daytona" it's props, it was Heat Rock, they really did cut out the fat and gave a concise LP. Drake was the one who jumped out the window. That's because "Infrared" clearly got under his skin and the ghostwriting is affecting his mind so he feels like he has something to prove. Pusha did good, he let Drake give him free promo all weekend.
He lyrically dissected him on "Infrared" with like 3 sublminals, but those words were burning Drake pride. And now Push bodied him something serious on this. Dissed everything about Drake from style, family, personal life etc. Was it disrespectful? Yes but so what many other Classic Disses. Drake mentioned his wife so Pusha has every right to say what he felt. Did it over a laid back Classic SoOJ beat (Picked this Jay beat to fit the theme, blackface photo). I liked that he was having a one on one talk. "Duppy" was aiight, he had a few jabs but wasn't all that. Reminds me how people were hyping up "Charged Up" which was average. How is he gonna diss Kanye about writing when Kanye wrote and produced "Find Your Love" which was the biggest hit on "Thank Me Later"? That track could of been on 808's. We always known Ye has used co-writers. He never hid it or fronted like Drake did. Kanye birthed Drake, he's the last person that should be sending subliminals. Glad Pusha checked him on that (How dare you mention Ye in my Verses....I want all the Curses) Damn. Then on "Duppy", the opening bars, he admits to Quentin and Ghostwriting, that's an automatic Forfeit L to me in a battle. Drake is just too soft for me to take him serious lyrically. Should of called that joint "Puppy", lol. Ain't gonna "Meme" your way out of this one. Sorry but this is what Real Emcee's do. Pusha is winning this by a landslide right now. The Reference Tracks are still relevant and Black Face Photo/Jim Crow Shirt are Ether enough but throw in "Infrared and SoA" he's clearly dominating lyrically. This sh!t was "Ether, Hit Em Up, Supa Ugly, Long Kiss Goodnight" Type of disrespect. Matter of fact I can definitely see Big's influence in Push for sure. Let's just say this was Etherous no doubt. Good Look Push, Separate the Real from the Fake. Hopefully he learns his lesson and stays in the Pop Star lane.
