I heard a rumor last night that Drake took the pics partially because he was a fan of Little Brother’s minstrel show album but didn’t get the context maybe?

I don’t know. I do know that the album was very influential to him and maybe being from Canada he didn’t realize the imagery was as offensive as it was? But that doesn’t make sense either. If he listened to the album he should’ve known better.

The photo was taken out of context, by an artist who likes to push the boundaries...so he gets half a point? But that's it, the entire song is basically exactly what Drake mentioned; he's gonna talk about my race, he's gonna mention my dad, etc. Drake already does that, so again, he hit him with the 8 mile. While most of what Nas said was fiction, he did it on a level that was radio friendly-ish. Jay won the battle(s), Nas won the war. Drake can and has made disses radio friendly, this is were Push is gonna lose.
