The ignorance being applied to this statement is staggering. His reply to Drake stating he was in black face was because of "activism" he was so passionate 10 years ago with no platform what happened, is all Push is saying.

There's enough here for Drake to mount a potent return shot. At least on the Blackface aspect. There's enough room in just coming at Push for being under Kanye still after the TMZ interview to deflect a LOT of this. There's room to attack Pusha's activism with how insanely drug glorifying his music is. Slick bars coming at his hypocrisy and his character.
However, until that time, Drake is being dragged. And this seems like the foot pressing further on his neck.

The statement instead of another diss first is looking even worse right now. I would say it was a good move for PR purposes, but really that's been getting dragged too.

I mean he's not the one taking pictures in blackface while claiming to do so for positive political reasons without any evidence to back it up, but to answer you, he has been a politically active guy for what it's worth.

I believe he did some things during election season for the DNC and I know specifically in regards to prison reform and things like the 13th Amendment, he has spoken at Google about it, met with Obama about it, interview Ava Duvernay, and done a couple of PSAs about it. He's also said that he's against Kanye's political views.

He does glorify dope dealing, and maybe that outweighs some of his political stances and activism in your eyes. And that's fine. But him speaking about the 13th amendment and prison reform is definitely a good thing imo.
