Cacfork ALWAYS has to ruin the party…

I’m not posting the review but the score (7.8) is going to bring down Push’s metacritic and he WAS tied for highest acclaimed rap album of the year

I sincerely hope that place burns to the ground:pacspit:

This album is no less than an 8. Anything below is bullshyt.

And most of the terrible reviews from that sight are DEFINITELY from white people. One need only glance at the review that white dude did for Nas Magic.

barely a diss? What do you mean?

Car faxes getting exposed? (Push was exposing Wayne’s bad business years before the Birdman hostage situation came to light)

Imaginary shipments, fictitious payloads?

the man even says “No Ceilings, I yawn” :rudy:

I don’t know what dudes obsession over Wayne is, it’s been 20 years and Wayne only responded once… but he’s still firing shots at him
Wayne won the lawsuit. When is the one who told everyone he was going through legal issues anyway so it’s not like it was a surprise like to drink there so it’s just corny at this point he is clearly obsessed.
And this album flopped hard lol

City of Angels :blessed:
he was dissing the fukk outta Wayne on call my bluff

How many more car faxes must get exposed?
Imaginary shipments, fictitious payloads
You should listen to them on the platforms they on

The villains, the killings, no ceilings, I yawn
nikkas acting like we can't pop up, hey Yawn

We specialize in not getting locked up, Akon

So the locked up line was a triple, which is why he laughed and said people wouldn’t get it…

1. Locked up - Akon single
2. Not getting locked up, a CON(vict) - Dodging prison
3. We specialize in not getting locked up - Avoids getting jammed up into bad contracts (Wayne/Drake signed to one nikka, that’s signed to another nikka that’s signed to 3 nikkas)

Good lord :ohlawd:

The album is pretty good shot out to push for coming thru but DAMN does this album make me miss the Clipse man :mjcry:Malice and his righteousness balanced out the fantastical crack tales of push so well... They were such a beautiful musical and lyrical combination...listening to this just makes me think of how dope of a group joint this would have been over this production ... Mal on Brambleton and Dreamin of the Past...good lord:feedme:... Anyways...i guess that just the nostalgia talking... This is a good listen tho
