Listened again and I see what Push meant by Pharrell doesn't want him to just be a mixtape rapper. He's pushing Push for the mainstream, the track with Don and Uzi should be his next single if he was smart.

Pharrell got some evil sounding shyt on here too though.

Open Air is like the Clipse Virginia joint 20 years into the future. Brambleton reminds gives me less over the top but more sinister Comedy Central vibes. LTSSTC is hard too. Neck Wrist and Call My Bluff are pretty tough too.

I think Daytona has better cohesion but this has way more highs..

Of a couple of listens, I think this has more replay value than Daytona.

On certain songs, Push even sounds like he did on Lord Willing..

FWIW I think it’s way easier to have cohesion on 7 songs produced by one guy as opposed to 12 songs produced by 3 guys.

I love Daytona. Just saying. When it gets credit for being cohesive with one producer (one of the best ever) on just 7 joints…that doesn’t seem like a super difficult accomplishment.
