waited a few days until the hyped died down to give this my first spin. the beat is so fukkin nuts. unpopular opinion but the track doesnt live up to the hype and i thought pusha washed jay. jay wasnt spitting nothing we havent heard him do before on here. a similar type of scenario was when he collabed with jeezy a few summers ago on Seen it All... his verse on that i thought was 1000x harder than this.

i just wish once in a while certain things fall through the cracks and actually live up to the hype in the social media era. unfortunately this fell short. no thanks to rob markmen who let us know for like a week that he was able to hear the song early, along with simple minded stans who get gassed when they pick up on lines right away ("hey guys, did you catch that Damn Daniel line the first time? white vans? FBI? get it??")

i do like the fact they collabed, and that jay got at that fear mongering white shrill journalist bytch. and push always comes hard. and this beat is beautiful

but the way my social media was letting off it was like rap music was reinvented and people were hearing it for the first time in their lives

anyway im excited for the push album and whatever else jay is putting out. keep checking tidal bc you know jays dropping a full length by the end of the summer
