But all of the other streaming services (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, & etc.) have been accused of & sued for faking numbers too. This isn't unique to Tidal. TLOP still a platinum album regardless because of streaming era standards.

There are a few but the artist has to be big and the project has to be good


1x Plat isn’t a success for an artist of Ye stature.

"808s & Heartbreak", WTT, & "Yeezus" all each 1x Platinum. Are those flops too?

Not to mention, I don't think any of the 3 singles from TLOP were a big radio hit. So by streaming era standards, TLOP seems like a success.
