Kyle better get his head out of his ass.
He wont. The sooner we all come to that realization, the better. Kyle is who he is and he will never change while he's our HC. Hopefully he can get over the hump with us but I no longer expect him to do it.

I'd love to be wrong as fukk :manny:

He also has bona-fide weapons this year. Goedert, Miles Sanders, Devonta Smith l, and AJ Brown. That more than we have I hate to say. We got Deebo but you know he isn't just a toss it up and go get receiver, Aiyuk is unknown to anyone that isn't a Niners fan and of course there's Kittle but ya know... he's hurt.
Kittle is better than Goedert, AJ Brown and Deebo might as well as be brothers from another mother...Philly got a bit more depth and less injuries but our receiver core is legit. Hurst is a true dynamic dual threat and hes got the body, unlike Trey, and runs with conviction and elusiveness - something that Trey never has shown me.

The issue is that with Kyle we are always a run-first team with playaction, thats Kyles MO. Kyle had a nice core in Atlanta, all he did was run the ball and Ryan would go to Julio as a primary target a ton.

I think Brown has better hands than Deebo and Kittle neutralizes himself because we're lucky if we get 10 games out of him. And even with Hurts, I'll say this, even last year people were wondering if he's the long term answer. Ask most Philly fans and they'll admit they had questions about him. But overall I do think you're right because we are a run 1st team, and when it works we absolutely are hard to stop but we aren't built for shootouts.

Brown has better hands and is bigger, Deebo has more speed on the edge. It's a toss-up imo and Deebo can play RB lol

At the end of the day, Kittle and Deebo are all-pros. Their style is not sustainable and injury-prone, but it is what it is.

Tennessee being retards really got Philly looking good. Same with Chiefs and HIll but at least there Mahomes is a beast who can operate with any WRs.

Jed York should have a conversation with Sean Payton because next year is going to be something for the ages
Nah. Trey needed this development year. As much as I popped fly about Sirianni in Philly he gave us the blueprint to develop Trey in the same way they did Jalen Hurts. Last year, Jalen was low key all over the place and they leaned on their defense + multiple RBs to allow him to gain some proper experience under controlled conditions. Did you see him tonight against the Vikings? That's a whole new ass QB.

At some point the injuries stop being a coincidence. @yseJ has been calling out the oft hurt RBs for YEARS. It can't be accidental anymore for me. If it ain't Kyle it must be the practice field? Our training staff? Levi's stadium field?

Just because other teams do it too don't make it less stupid. I cringe every time the Bills do it with Allen and the Ravens do it with Lamar. Tonight, the Eagles clearly told Jalen to stay out of harms way this year. He's still learning how to slide, but he's not trying to get hit as much as last year.

Im skeptical of those stats too since there's a difference between designed runs between the tackles and non-designed runs between the tackles

Even then, Lamar and Hurst can do it. Lance looks awkward running the ball. He isn't elusive and he isn't built like Cam. He is a guy who should be pass-first and then do off-schedule plays when pocket breaks down.

this injury shyt really started with Kyle's regime. it's bizarre how many injuries we have. the only way it makes sense is us being a ground and pound team that breaks tackles (Deebo, Kittle etc) but for RBs who always take a punishment it doesnt make sense...and its not like we're the only team that runs the ball a lot. it's truly baffling. shiiiiit we ran the ball with harbaugh a fukkton and did bullyball and never had this level of injuries

This is how I see it as well. He's on the slimmer side and not elusive enough like a Lamar to get out of harms way. Lamar is alway so close to taking some big hits but finds a way to avoid him. Just too quick and has that internal clock.

Trey also has not played a lot of football.

By something of the ages I meant a shyt show. Trey will be coming back from a major injury with limited game experience we don’t know where he is going to be mentally, physically, and emotionally and it will be unfair to truly evaluate him based on next year which will be year three. So to truly see what we have with him is year four and we have to decide if we pick up his fifth year option.

I don’t trust or believe Kyle can evaluate or develop qbs. Jimmy has not gotten any better under Kyle. That is why I would bring in Sean Payton.
