There's very few latinos over here but I used to live in NYC, living right next to Puerto Ricans and everything and even way back then I could never understand why some black folks seemed to have this weird fascination with them and were always on some "latinos are black like us" b.s. You must be from Brooklyn or Queens. When I stayed in NY they were the only ones that were suspicious of Latinos. Harlems nikkas always had one on creep though.

I thought I was the only one that notice this. When talk to PRs in Orlando about ATL its always. The Caribbean Latinos in Florida won't even go to NYC quiet as kept. And they hate Nuyoricans with a passion. They are scared to be seen as Mexican or Black.

This. Alot of Puerto rican brehs are generally extremely aggressive and confrontational. They're definitely overcompensating for something. You gotta remember though puerto rico was at one time inhabited by benevolent natives who died fighting these evil spaniard invaders who wanted their land, resources, and women. It could be the reason why all that aggression comes into play. Whites tried flexing on the Japanese too but they were able to hold out and didn't let the West completely poison their culture and values. I peeped game. I had notice lightskinned blacks get along
with, date, marry and associate with latinos at a much much higher rate than darkskinned blacks. I friends who looked Puerto Rican and ran with PRs because they looked like them. They usually don't get what I'm saying.

I know a woman whose family is from St. Thomas, she has two kids to a Italian man who she isn't even married to. She took a cruise with the Italian guys family and it stopped in St. Thomas. She tried to arrange a meetup with his family and her family back home. The family in St. Thomas didn't show up when the boat docked. They stood her up. And didn't apologize either.
