I think a lot of these problems stem from us blacks wanting to be accepted from these groups who despise of us.. which leads me to believe that we need to create a new code of conduct that builds self respect within all of us which in turn will yield respect from others..
We need to quit putting other races and light skin tones on a pedestal; this only fuels the narrative that light is right and at the same time insinuating that black is not worthwhile.

A few things
1- We share hoods with these people so we think that make them cool.
2- Hip Hop pushes this narrative that the we and latinos are the same. So that must mean Latinas are fair game right? NO.
I live in a complex with a Dr/pr girl that looked Just like Vanity, Princes old girlfriend. Young Brothers loved her
but she did not black guys. Especially Haitians dudes.
