Been playing “The Room VR A Dark Matter”.
Game is definitely a sleeper hit for me.
I’ve never been to an escape room but I’m familiar with the concept.
The Room plays just like a virtual escape room. The difficulty of the puzzles feels very appropriately challenging. Graphics are fantastic and the atmosphere is very immersive. For a puzzle game I’m surprised how fun it is. The only unfortunate thing about the game is that I can’t imagine it having a shred of replay value. I’m really enjoying the variety of puzzles and the addition of different tools as you play adds cool ways to approach each puzzle.

It’s definitely a sleeper hit even if it’s a little on the short side. You’re likely right about the replay value unless enough time passes that you forget the solutions. The 7th Guest VR is another good puzzle game with various rooms to solve.

Sent my headset to Sony for repairs because I scratched the lenses a bit while wearing glasses. Headset is still under warrantee, and the process was seemless. They sent me a package with instructions on how to package and ship. I sent it on a Monday and got it back the following Monday. I'm not sure if it's my original or if they sent back a refurbished one, but the lenses look perfect now.

Also, I copped the Globular Cluster mod, and I would definitely recommend it. I can play longer since it's resting on my head rather than squeezing it, and I don't have to worry about it sliding and moving the sweet spot, which happened often when I tried loosing it for comfort.

but I found one on sale for 500$ Canadian at a store(its 820 with the bundle) with cash back points system I saved another 100$, and this one I will be keeping.
From getting that M2 MacBook on sale to this

shyts worth it alone for Gran Truismo when u combine it with the steering wheels for me just did 3 races with a custom playlist with Apple Music playing
Man oh man with GT8 whenever it comes out I will be back in this with this hopefully they got VR out the game for it

I haven't played I since that day when it had me hollering with the demo
idk when I'll cop the game and play it but I must do it eventually face my fears

The racing wheel + stick shift + pedals + psvr2 combo is the epitome of gaming.
It’s a shame it’s so cost prohibitive AND that type of set up requires a significant amount of space. If I didn’t have a dedicated game room I don’t think I would have been able to complete the set up.

As I said in the previous PSVR thread

Sony doesn't have a good track record with peripherals or really anything other than the main Playstation consoles themselves. The smart thing to do here is let it prove itself before buying.
