Just copped a “like new open box” PSVR 2 on eBay for $350.
Should be here by Friday.

Really looking forward to finally playing GT7 with my G923 steering wheel.
Excited for Resident Evil Village.
I held off on Moss 2 for the eventual PSVR 2 purchase so I’ll be buying that along with Horizon Call Of The Mountain, and Kayak Mirage to start off.
Just downloaded beatsaber and job simulator since those were free I guess since I bought the originals.

Went ahead and ordered the stick shift to go with the steering wheel I already have.
Ordered a foldable steering wheel stand with a side plate for the shifter.
Order a 3rd party charging dock that doubles as a stand for the headset as well.

Did anyone get Pavlov or Firewall Ultra. Thoughts?
I have: Beat Saber, Gran Turismo 7, Horizon Call Of The Mountain, Job Simulator, Kayak Mirage, Moss 1, Moss 2, No Mans Sky, Resident Evil Village, and Thumper.

I liked Until Dawn Rush of Blood on the PSVR but I might wait for a sale to get the sequel. Not sure. Pavlov and Firewall look really interesting to me. It’s a shame I can’t use my PSVR gun that came with Farpoint though.

Pavlov is one of the best experiences on PSVR2 imo. Really steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it, its really fun. This and GT7 are the main things that justified the PSVR2 for me (haven't played Horizon or the Moss games yet).

There's no story mode. Its basically the usual assortment of MP shooter modes: TDM w/ or w/o respawn, S&D, etc. Its CS-style where you buy guns and equipment when you spawn, and you can choose to play with bots or humans. Except, unlike CS, there's a higher TTK. There's a pretty active community too, however, there's no cross play with PC tho. Only problem I have is the narrow FOV, and how that results in a lot of deaths from people flanking you, but that's more of a technical limitation.

Firewall Ultra is supposed to be a 1.5 version of Firewall on PSVR. Same game but brought to UE5 with new assets. I'm hearing mixed things about it due to the controls (some mechanics rely too much on eye tracking), but I'm still gonna buy it and check it out since I loved Pavlov and apparently Firewall has more community features and Sony's support (since its 2nd party).

Anyone play No Man's Sky? I'm hearing good things now that they've made updates to VR, but I'm not convinced the gameplay loop would be fun or interesting to me.

I bought Pavlov before the sale ended. My stuff should arrive at some point today.

No man’s sky is a game I’ve tried to get into quite a few times but the gameplay loop hasn’t hooked me. Those beginning hours are tough in my opinion. Not necessarily in terms of difficultly but in the chore like tutorial of everything. Of course I’m gonna give it another shot in VR though.
