Walmart dropping today
Yeah I drove by that one as well after I got off work and saw that line.... I wanna get one soon but I'm not that pressed to stay out all night. I had to go to work the next day and I needed my sleep
It didn't help matters that the only other closest store that had them was in Little Rock, so everyone in the area was going to flock to those two stores lol.

I got here at 6 and had to ride the bus cuz the valet was at lunch and I would have to wait like 40 minutes
The attendant gave me his bus pass and was like go use it to get that console
honestly I thought I had no shot. There were like 50 people ahead of me but some copped the Xbox

I'm not camping out for a console in 2021 brehs, but I respect anyone willing to. I think they're trying to keep bots from snatching everything up so quick online.
To be honest, I don't think that the stores really care about whether or not scalpers are buying up the consoles. It's more so the issue that they aren't buying the games and accessories along with it. That's where the stores are losing money from and it doesn't help matters that same said games and accessories can be bought online for way cheaper than they would be in stores, so there's no reason to even buy them there.
It's similar to the vein of SNKRS and why could care less that people are buying up hyped releases from everyone as they are getting the bread from it anyways.

the store and regional managers probably told the Suits this. I'm sure they restocked on a lot of accessories too before this announcement.
They better hope those casuals haven't realized beforehand that you can same said games and accessories on resale websites for cheaper than they would in stores. That's more than likely why they are given out vouchers as one poster mentioned earlier.
