alright so first idea will be to start contacting courier services to see if they'll do a delivery and cash pickup plus delivery

alternatively the second option will be to drop off package at a place that will do the transaction for me so i don't have to hear the insufferable banter of a scalped bum.

cash only to avoid someone trying to dispute payment using apps.

I can see people getting desperate before Christmas and paying that amount

Christmas is what I'm banking on. I'm moving all 3 of my PlayStations. no way I'm keeping them after the holidays.

Hoping to get 1300 a piece minimum.

you can buy a little “marker” to test bills...I haven’t sold on craigslist in a minute but I used to bring one from when I had my shop to meet-ups...while they were looking over whatever it was I was selling I’d test the bills

I have 6 ps5 and 4 xbox

4 Physical PS5 2 digital
2 Series S and 2 Series x

Series S are selling for around 450 right now so they will jump to 500 a couple weeks before christmas.
Series X are selling for 700 now so they will jump to 800 a couple weeks before christmas.

Digital PS5 are selling for 800 right now. They will go up to 900 a couple weeks before christmas
Physcial PS5 are selling for 900 right now. They will go up to 1000-1100 a couple weeks before christmas

Note that these are ebay prices. If u selling locally u probably want to drop all prices by 100.


Ebay is still the best bet for me as i plan on selling and shipping these all at once. Just make sure you cancel bids from people with low/no feedback and DO NOT offer global shipping. Also note that Ebay takes 10% and paypal takes 3% I sold a couple 3080s on ebay already and no problems at all.

If u dont want to ship anything facebook marketplace is the best place for local meetups. Just make sure u meet up at a agreed upon public place like a police station or something. Scammers will be out full force for these.

I might also try Mercari as well. They take a flat 10% of whatever u sell it for.

Lol everything is in the ps5/xbox pre order threads. I was on here ALL day.

Got 2 playstations and 1 xbox from both amazon and best buy. Got both a physical and a digital ps5 from sams club and then got 2 xboxes directly from microsoft store.

I wasn't able to get any from walmart/target or gamestop.

For anyone still looking for a ps5. Target will have them on launch day but they are selling them online the night before. If u are able to get one u just walk into your target and pick it up or do curbside pickup.

I haven't heard anything about launch day xboxes.
