So my controllers won’t turn on, put it on the charger it won’t stay charging...bought a dock that won’t work

Now it’s sayin some shyt bout downloading 6.72 update...I turned it on in safe mode, updated using internet ...update finished it restarted and now it’s saying the same shyt

Then let install again if that's what it prompts but not on safe mode. Charge controller via usb

I've never had a PS4 controller stop charging. It seems unlikely that 2 would fukk up at the same time. Have you tried plugging them into a phone charger or some shyt?

Yea they never charged when plugged into something other than the 4
