I actually got it to work, but having trouble shifting my movie files into my media server file thing, so damn confusing... I see my media server on the network i wish there was a guide for this shyt...

Tv shows you just stream it to your ps4 like you do to any other media box

Movies on the other hand will be blocked by cinevia. So either use a ps3/xbox one/ or a chrome box.
