nothing wrong with shaking it up a "little" if the majority wants it. No one has a team below 3 stars, so a 4 star shouldn't be bad if we do go that route.

FYI... We started last night, and with Level 3, it's definitely not easy but if you have an elite program, they are still at the top of most players list. The coaching rating is only a C+, that is the only kickback.
The more XP you earn, the quicker you get your rating up and can unlock more things to help build your team up. You can unlock things for your HC, OC, & DC. They help increase certain ratings and what not.
Just make sure people aren't spamming their stats just to get XP. But then again, this is a 1/2 sim league. It's not a total sim league so you can use your own discretion. But I think level 3 is awesome. You can unlock 3 things with the HC right away, and then 1 for your OC and DC. It's dope... It really makes you earn your way instead of just inheriting what the prior coach already had.
For those who have lesser programs, they'll still have to deal with the fact they are going up against the big dogs for recruits. If coaching doesn't matter to a recruit, it won't even matter who the coach is. Each recruit has 3 things that they care about. They can be school, style of play, proximity to home, championship contender, NFL, etc. All of those things are just as important so the bigtime programs will still have a leg up if they are good in that area. Coaching prestige will likely matter to half of your recruits if that, and even then it will be just 1 of the 3 things they care about.
