The anabolic window is getting all your calories in before going to bed. The 30 minute or 1 hour post workout window thats always getting hyped is bullshyt, although eating or taking a protein shake soon after working out will make it easier to get more calories in

Take a scoop before my workout, and afterwards mixed with my recovery post.

But like everyone is saying here. Experiment and find what works best for you.
