I got this Whey Powder from muthafukkin' Walmart
1 Cup of egg whites (Egg Beater)
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Banana
Peanut Butter

That gives me about 80 g of protein in one drink. I haven't done no shyt like this before, and now I think I'm seeing why...:mjlol:

Any of ya'll have any remedies other than quarantining my ass? Good lord :whew:

Mix some lactaid with your shakes the lactase enzyme is active and will help you if you're lactose intolerant like a lot of brehs are. Also more dark greens and fiber in your diet spinach and apples should cut the smell.

That bulking shake got you backed up bad bruh. Oats have a good amount of insoluble fiber which leaves some people gassy and bloated. Those pasteurized liquid egg whites will do a number on you too.

Save that bulk shake for postworkout since digestion is optimal round that time period. Probiotics(4-10 billion) and some flax powder( no whole seed) will aid in regularity and push protein bulk out of digestive tract instead of just staying there rotting and fermenting.

The body can't digest them whole and most people end up shytting or sharting them out...You can work around that by soaking(sprouting) them but the gel will come out similar to chia seeds and unlike chia seed the taste will overpower your shake or meal lol.

There's nothing wrong with that my dude. I do the same thing with chia seeds when I'm too lazy to soak them. I just make sure to use enough liquid and stay well hydrated throughout the day lol.
