I really would like to know where all these people are getting their money from?

All of these houses are selling and receiving hundreds of cash offers - how do these people just have hundreds of thousands of dollars laying around? This is nationwide. Especially when income inequality is so bad - a majority people are living worse than ever.

There’s something going on here and it smells corrupt and fraudulent.

i just learned about this the other day

If You Sell a House These Days, the Buyer Might Be a Pension Fund

apart from ^^ this

Its being going from houses they can barely afford to house they absolutely cant afford and just pushing themselves further into debt to live the American dream. Find any one of the coli credit card/ debt threads and you can see, its people playing real life games with money they dont actually have

He gives answers like that all the time, usually whenever you ask him when he will ever get educated on a subject or contribute something informative to a discussion. He doesn't like reading, doesn't think this forum is a useful source of information, doesn't contribute his own information, yet still has tens of thousands of comments because he's so convinced that his uninformed white middle-class viewpoint is what the world needs to hear.

You think that Biden needing weeks of counting to barely beat a pandemic-and-scandal ridden Trump proved what exactly? :dwillhuh:

If the pandemic hadn't hit as hard as it did and Trump hadn't fukked it up so bad then Biden wouldn't have had a chance. And you think that proves you were right.

Then again, you think Covid is a winning issue for Republicans, so I'm not sure what I expect from you here. :picard:

yes, opening the economy is 100 percent a winning issue for republicans. youre a fool to believe otherwise

im surprised at the rest of this post though. because its actually correct :mjlol: but since when are we admitting that trump would have won without covid around here? :laff:

I know your M.O. here is to constantly deflect at every opportunity, but I'm still impressed at you posting two completely contradictory statements and still so smoothly deflecting away from how your previous point just got destroyed to try to start a new conversation based on another false claim.

You said, "since when are we admitting Trump would have won without Covid" when I said the same shyt 3 months ago:

Trump's popularity before corona was higher than his popularity when he won the first time. It only dropped because he fukked up the corona response so horribly. And even then, just 20,000 votes each in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin would have won the election for him. He easily could have pulled that off if he had campaigned more effectively in those states.

Seriously, he was fighting for another 4 years and yet he still had Brad Parscale scamming him as campaign manager until 5 months before the election and had Jared Kushner spend half his campaign funds in a slush fund for family members and friends. There's no way the election was a done deal when he campaigned that poorly and still came that close to winning.
He could have won legitimately if he had simply spent his campaign money wisely instead of setting up a shell corporation to siphon money off for his family. But he was too greedy and stupid. He could have won legitimately if he had put someone other than a crook in charge of his campaign. But he was too stupid and corrupt. If he had actually focused on the right swing states instead of holding useless rallies in red states, if he hadn't totally fukked up the coronavirus response, if he hadn't fukked up the second stimulus....he had so many paths to victory. Only his stupidity held him back.

Now, let's stop the deflections and get back to the contradiction that you claimed Covid was a winning issue for Republican and yet are admitting that the #1 proponent of "Liberate Michigan!" lost the election cause of that stupidity.

Which, come to think of it, was only the topic due to your previous deflection away from the point that you aren't informed or educated on any topic yet constantly push your opinion as if it's the most important thing for all of us to hear, without listening to anyone else.

Do you actually want to discuss the issue because you don't understand what I'm talking about? Or are you just committed to your position regardless?

Yes, definitely, that's sorta the point being made.

Government cape? I'm pretty sure you don't even know what I'm talking about considering that the government is the main one perpetuating the system.

But you really didn't make a great case for why society should subsidize those people living off of other people's income. Their "lifestyle" requires it? Those are our victims now?

They're already living off of other people's incomes AND if their renters are there "for free" during the pandemic the landlord can get most of that money covered by the government AND they can apply for mortgage deferment AND they can resell for a large profit if that isn't good enough for them.

These are the people I'm supposed to feel sorry for over actual poor folk who got laid off during a pandemic? :gucci:

So you're coming into the thread to add nothing to the conversation again. Thank you for making your uninformed and unthoughtful voice heard once again, I guess. If you have a substantial point to make (for the first time) please @ the entire subforum so we can all see it.
:picard:

I still don’t even know what your talking about. Telling people that worked hard to try to start a real estate business for their family to go get a job. You might as well tell them to pull their selves up by the boot straps.

Stop caping for the government and think about the actual little people in this world.

Your response is nonsensical. The government is the one creating the problem, the "little people" are the ones I'm defending. I can't tell if you honestly can't follow the discussion or whether you're just trying to gaslight it.

Saying someone that is building their real estate business needs to go get a job is not you defending them. Saying they living off other people is not defending them. Telling them to get a job is not defending them. You sound just like the republicans you claimed to hate when Trump was in office.

Notice how you completely ignore renters and people who don't even own wealth or property while pretending to defend the little guy.

It'll be a great day in America when the people who own real estate businesses are the definition of "the little guy". :ehh:
